Im not an engineer, Im just wondering... sebpv, I am not sure I follow what you are proposing exactly. Are you saying to flip just the tie rod ends? Or flip the whole drag link bar? I think that if the inside end of the tie rod were much higher than it may contact the frame rail when the suspension compresses. I would have to take another look to be sure though. yes a rotted hood latch will do this I dont get the German V1 concept on a Jap car banzai510, I was primarily going for the "buzz bomb" wording for the car. If I had done it with anything other than the V1 then that would not have made any sense either. It was an image that I had in my head and I figured I'd throw it up there. It is long gone now though!
