datzenmike
Also is not a 'live' axle one where the axle can be unbolted and removed without removing the rim and tire? The bearing is not on the axle? Because the H-190 is not a live axle. Link to comment
Morrisun
Adam: I still have a semi-floating, drop-out axle, out of a 1971 Datsun station wagon. Got your PM. Link to comment
ggzilla
Live axle means a driven axle that is not IRS. Mike is referring to a type of fully floating axle. 1 Link to comment

datsun 160J SSS
i have a 74 ,710 rear diff 4.11 drum to drum Link to comment
datzenmike
710s were all H-165s. The 4.11 was only used with the L8 automatic. Link to comment
ggzilla
Except that 160J had different configurations than North American 710s. In some countries 160J/180J had the R160, H165 or H190, so it depends on where the 160J was originally sold. Link to comment
RedBanner
I found one, the bigger stronger h190. Thank you guys tho. 1 Link to comment
