tdaaj
well fella's/ ladies, got my hands on another 620. Been working on it slowly, it's a 77 standard cab short box with auto trans. This is the truck (exact truck) that got me started in datsuns. This was my uncles truck. i dont plan on letting this one go unless it goes to another datsun loving family member. i've got a few memories attached to it. So on with some progress and pics. Bought wheels cilynders off rock auto to get the brakes up to snuff, got a set of western turines to put on there, going to be running 215/60 r14 in the front and 245/60 r14 in the rear. Not lowering it, not dehooking it. replacing doors hinges and patching the rusty floors. need to fix the hood hinges too. dont plan on painting it right this moment though. Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
Nice patina. Clear coat it and call it good. It's always nice to have a rig that's kept in the family. Are you keeping it auto? Quote Link to comment
tdaaj
i plan on keeping it auto, the trans is pretty strong, will be changing the rear gears though possibly. Quote Link to comment
