datzenmike Posted June 4, 2008 Report Share Posted June 4, 2008 Had a '63 Econoline window van back in the seventies. 170 cu in, 3 speed, 4.57 rear end, you should have heard it at 70!!! On a road trip with Garth it skipped a tooth and when we lifted the engine cover between the seats, the exhaust manifold was glowing orange. Good times. Thanks for the pics, brings it all back. I saw one of those rolling down the road with the scooby doo paint job, AND the driver looked like shaggy all growed up. I did a trupple take as I was passing him, I had to slow down so all of my passengers could see also, I was laughing so hard and pointing at him when he looked over he started busting a gut too...
