Good old Google brings up a fair bit about this seller.

 

Appears to have good feedback on transactions.

 

One transaction shows his location as Lacey in Thurston County Washington.

 

And a bit further Googlng finds a Jojanzem Sablan with a number of Social networking site profiles including one on:

 

www.mylife.com.

 

Shows he is 27 years old and lives in Lacey Washington.

 

This could be the same guy.

Yes it is. He told me a medical thing came up and couldnt pay. That's fine with me. Filed a case with eBay (non neg feedback one). All he has to do is agree to cancel. Mean while, eBay is still charging me all the fees.
