See if you check how much data (if any) is on the HD.

Say its a 250gb disk, and you have only 200gb left.. It could be the OS.

Or you didn't wipe the disk fully, and fucked with some of the OS files.

If any of the above, I say use Boot N' Nuke and Re-download OS.

Id get the BIOS boot order fixed first though, or else your PC will never boot.

this always works wonders, for those pesky issues that get irritating

Except the hard drive is still intact and now the dumpster diving hipster has your hard drive. But it's a hipster, and your hard drive doesn't have an apple logo on it, so you're safe.

Fuck it, it was a hipster in a dumpster. He was killed by a hobo.

According to HP.. Everything is destroyed on the HD

So you need to redownload the OS.

I think you can download the OS it originally had and enter the code on your PC.

I'm not sure if HPs have the same thing as Dells, but there is a sticker on teh PC that has the code for the OS.

Cracked OS's and keygen OSs are sketchy as fuck. beware.

Disk Sanitizer eliminates data in every sector, every cluster, every byte, and every bit with no damage

to the hard drive. Once executed, data cannot be easily recovered even when using advanced tools

and techniques (i.e. file slack information, analyze data using Forensic Recovery of Evidence Device,

DriveSpy, etc.)
