wiwawy Posted March 12, 2007 Report Share Posted March 12, 2007 true a hydro booster that runs off the power stearing is used on most newer "heavy duty" full size pickups the disadvantage of this setup is that it makes them hard to steer in tight places like parking lots, however could be overcame by bigger ps pump and may not even be a prob in something as light as a 620 also provides more braking power than vacuum another option is a big bore racing master cylinder and no booster however this can be expensive (as if hydro boost isn't) Quote Link to comment

You can't get something for nothing. You would have more volume, true, but you would have to expend more effort to move it. Quote Link to comment
