K_trip
The details you guys pick out of these oics is just crazy! Kind of amazing to see only one Z in all the pictures, but of the Datsuns that have survived, Z's seem to make up about 90% of them. I found this proto-type build ... ... there are some other cool factory oics where I picked up this one: http://www.wheelsjam...p?topic=41066.0 Maybe this one has already been posted (I think it's a cool one)? Steroid
Bump ! ! Does anyone on here remember exactly where the overhead port picture in post # 8 surfaced from? If I remember it was first on NWDE but who located it? Is the resolution high enough to print out a sizable copy? Can anyone find out? I would love to add at least an 8 1/2" by 12" copy to My collection if it is possable. A poster sized print would be incredible to have on the wall ! ! Hopefully the original posting was not a thumbnail. Quote Link to comment

Steroid
Do You recall who owned and scanned the brochure? Any idea of the photos size? Think it could be digitized? Thanks. Quote Link to comment

tdaaj
That is such an interesting photo. Possibly an earlier truck. No side plastic vent cutouts. Notice that the upper core support is straight, not dipping forward like a fan clutch truck would have. Also interesting is that as though it is a LHD truck, there appear to be no holes in the windshield post for a radio antenna. Wouldn't that be something if from the factory they just applied clear over the virgin sheetmetal ! ! ! Mike they did away with the vents in 77, this was likely a j-series destined truck.
