Thats what I thought too because it would just start right up with starting fluid, and a couple times after, but when whatever was left in the carbs was gone it died... But he (bungalobob) is worried that the clutch may be gone because it wont work even after we replaced the components in the hydro system... and if thats the case he is just going to pull the engine and trans and go forth with the turbo rotary, but I know he wants to run the L26 for a while...

Kind of primitive, but pull the fuel line from the carb and crank see if fuel shoots out.

if it does it has to be your jets.

He already has a 13B-T swap for it, but he is leaving for the summer soon and just wants to get the L26 running and drivable so he can drive it before he leaves...

So we finally said FUCK IT and are almost done pulling the L26... anyone interested? haha Hoping to have it out by the end of next week and then fab up some engine mounts for the 13b-T....

AND the L26 is out! Took some effort but its exciting to see this happening so fast... Engine mounts are the next order of business!
