I'm BLUE
Body seam sealer is the topic. Currently replacing floor pans and random sheet metal pieces .... Need experience with a good all around seam sealer. I will br using por-15 over or under the seam sealer, just not sure which yet lol. What do you like to use and why? Is it locally available or order away? Price :) ? Any advice or experience is welcome as i am looking at this very soon ... Thanks :D Quote Link to comment

datsunrides
+1 on the SEM 2 part. Good stuff and you can get the regular sealer or they make a nice self leveling sealer that is great for things like drip rails. The special gun needed is kinda pricey, but there is a good chance the shop selling the product will probably have a loaner. Mark Quote Link to comment

Mark Thankyou mark and philcas1987 :) .... i appreciate this as i am getting closer to finishing frame rail, floor pan, and frame reinforcements right now and i believe the seam sealer along with por-15, topcoat of primer/paint, and flexible undercoat will give my datsun a running chance. Keep comments coming .. i am all ears :) Quote Link to comment
