I am trying to get my 620 complete, for the most part, but without a good reference I don't know all that is missing.

For example, there is an item circled in this picture below that isn't on my truck ...

What is this thing? I can't tell from the picture, but it looks like part of the heater system?

Okay, that makes sense. That sould be a dealer installed option, I would guess.

Your picture suggests a pre '75 truck so probably after market.

 

On the '77 and on model years it was an option. Not clear to me if factory or dealer installed but the compressor is mounted where the fuel pump is and an electric pump added forward of the tank.

 

This one is like the one on my 710 goon and probably has the round compressor under the dizzy.

Yes - the picture is of a 1973 620 (L16) engine bay.
