I've been looking for about 17 months now. Finally found one and am very close to closing. I'd like to say it gets better, but it's been one crap shoot after another. Make sure you've got an agent that not only knows their stuff, but has excellent communications skills. If I wasn't already close to closing I would have fired my agent. Real estate is a scam..
