Lonestar
Yup, pretty says it all in the title. I'm looking for the soild axle, like an 80's model 200sx? I'm not sure what to look for in model or years but I do want to find a H165 rear for my 210, thanks ya'll Link to comment
datzenmike
Your 210 axle is a coil spring and link set up so you want the second gen 200sx (S110) The '80-'81 had the 3.70 H-165-B with rear disc brakes. If you are going KA or something crazy get the '82-'83 as it came with a much stronger H-190. The auto came with 3.90 and the standard was 3.545. All coil spring, all rear disc. Link to comment
MicroMachinery
I have one. It's a long drive from Texas, though. Link to comment
king bee66
there are 5 mid 90s 200sx's at the sa picknpull. if these are compatible i could help you out getting on. im guessing there are not though Link to comment
ggzilla
Why not use a 1978-1981 Datsun 510 rear? It's coil-sprung too and fits in the B310 but is H165 instead of the H150. Link to comment

I'm not sure what I'm going to do for a swap just yet but the rear dics is a nice appeal to me. I have one. It's a long drive from Texas, though. Yar, that is it. I'll keep you mind tho. there are 5 mid 90s 200sx's at the sa picknpull. if these are compatible i could help you out getting on. im guessing there are not though I don't know if those would either, if so I'd say hook me up with a price and lets go from there. Why not use a 1978-1981 Datsun 510 rear? It's coil-sprung too and fits in the B310 but is H165 instead of the H150. I did not know that I could use those model rear ends. Good to know that I do not have to hunt for one type of car thats uber hard to find. Link to comment
datzenmike
Yes the A-10 also has the H-165 axle but also deplorable gearing with 3.545 for the L motor and 3.364 with the Z motor. The S110 are closer to the 210 stock gearing. The first gen 200sx the S-10 also has the H-165 but is leaf spring. Link to comment
ggzilla
The advantage of the A10 is that is near bolt-in. The right width and the right 4-link brackets. You can always swap the center section. But you might like the wider S110 axle. Link to comment
datsunaholic
Also might like the S110 disc brakes. The A10 ones are drums, same size as the 210 ones actually. But the A10 ones (sedan/hatchback) are near bolt-in to a 210. Whether or not you could frankenstein the S110 discs onto the A10 axles/axle tubes I don't know. Link to comment
Lonestar
Aye, I want them disc brakes! I found a guy in Ok selling a pair of 81 200sx, one runs the other is for parts, for $800. Would that be a good deal? Link to comment
