Well Shipmate i appreciate it. i try to think of all the little details that will make the most difference in the end. I need some MRC cards for all this maintenance. Quote Link to comment
Tristin
I need some MRC cards for all this maintenance. As much as PMS blows, MRCs would make things 1000 times easier sometimes. Especially since it would give you steps, parts, and time to complete. Quote Link to comment
oldschool80sguy
Started putting her together for paint and body. apparently the front end had some Caster on it from when she was a drag car. Quote Link to comment
oldschool80sguy
A good day with a bud at the yards. I found the Maxima calipers I needed and a bagged Mazda GLC wiper motor. I didn't have a motor so i figured i would go with the Mod via DimeQuarterly from the get go. Quote Link to comment
oldschool80sguy
buddy over and helped me prep the car for paint. all hardware removed and glass out with the exception on the front and back shields which i am leaving to the pros. the front windshield has blue sun block in glass and the rear has factory defogging heater lines. I will have to see what my options are. the stock ones were welded shut, i drilled out 22mm for the solex. so anything i do will have to revolve around those holes after paint. Quote Link to comment

oldschool80sguy
I started making my SSS grill out of the parts i had. spacing them out more for now. will fit and adjust when car comes back. Quote Link to comment
rpowell25
Looking good. BTW, the grill is out of my car right now so if you want to do some fine tuning ahead of time you could roll up here. You will need to put some mount points on it that match the 510 core support. I will copy the tabs from that. gonna play with different spacing sizes. might have to uses thicker tops and bottoms to meet the hood right. we'll see. all in the name of fun at this point. oldschool80sguy
today is a wheel day, found the inserts for the centers and a local shop that would affordably straighten and fix lips. I have already had the centers turned like Rotors. all mating surfaces are zero'd out and ready. Quote Link to comment
