The full competition gaskets with O-ring to be machined into the block only fit up to 88.8 mm. Too small and too damned hard. Quote Link to comment
Sealik Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 I used the Felpro 9210 PT-1.....Z22E, Z24I, Z24S app. Approx..91.3mm Drilled 9 holes in HG...and 7 in block There will be 2 tabs of the HG that hang over the TC cover....cut them flush. One will fill/fit the void on the left front corner, where the HG doesn't reach. Quote Link to comment

Getting real close to max allowable bore though. 1 hole in HG....assumed you drilled some in the block? Not sure what the Nismo HG looks like....coolant passages and all. Quote Link to comment
