Found: 620s in Portland junkyards

I called a few junkyards today to see if there were any 620s in their yards.

Burnside Used Truck parts had one, LKQ U Pull It at 6241 SE 111th Ave had one and Portland Auto U Pull at 9537 N Columbia Blvd had a standard and King Cab so I went there. There were alot of parts gone off both trucks but still alot there. One motor had the head gone but the pistons looked very clean. The other had an L20b with U67 head. Both driveshaft bearings looked good. Both had slider rear windows. Here are pictures of what they looked like. If anybody goes to any other yards and sees Datsun list them here with info and photos if you can so others will know when they need parts.

Yep I yanked the wiper switch from that kingcab, and thought about that slider.... I think i'll pass. I noticed how straight the hood and doors were on that blue truck. There were a lot of new cars at Portland auto wreckers/LKQ when I was there last wendsday.

those have ben there for acouple week's i git the cdi off the lighter blue truck did you see the diamond tuck on the 720 behind the king cab:cool:

No, I was just checking the 620s, I did notice the standard cab had the original bias ply spare tire that looked new and the ash tray had a one hitter in it..

reese we usually go J-yarding on fridays or saturdays, let us know when your heading out next time. We love datto hunting with other board members, oh and you should check Tigard U pull. Lots of dattos in various forms along with other cars whose parts can net you datto cash! lol. peace.
