bonvo Posted December 16, 2012 Report Share Posted December 16, 2012 accept that the one you just posted is an all aluminum buick v8 my straight 6 in my chevy truck is bigger displacement wise the biggest factor with this idea is simple does the person who is planning on this have the time money and skill to do this RIGHT 99.9999999999999% of the time one of those key points is missing if you have money and skill you usually dont have the time if you have the time and the skill you usually dont have the money if you have the money and the time you usually dont have the skill the point is this unless you have all 3 your going to end up with a hacked up car that is worth nothing because no one wants to deal with a car that is cut to shit im not arguing that a ls engine can make good power the point is that the swap isnt just cramming it in there you have to build the car to handle that power Quote Link to comment
