Stock 4 piston calipers?

I heard that there was a toyot 4runner that came with 4 piston calipers stock that were a direct bolt on to a S30 240Z. I dont know, however, what year 4runner has them.

 

Can anybody help me out, also please let me know if it is even worth doing that conversion.

youl need to find the S12+8 calipers

 

comes off various years of 4x4. 79-84 IIRC

 

 

you have to cut your dust shield but you can use the stock rotor

79-83 toyota pu. 84/85 cali[pers might work too, cant remember if they got the thicker rotors or not.

Last year for the non vented rotor was '85. Only on the 4X4. I have them on my 620. They are made by..... Fuji Heavy Industries (who else?)

Keep in mind that the toyota calipers are heavy.

Thanks guys. I would hopefuly put on vented rotors at that time as well. Should I just trial and error?
