tranny somethings wrong here...

something doesnt look right here and the clutch slave moves freely as if it needs a nut on the end??

its a 5spd not a dog leg if that matters. drives ok but the clutch is doesnt fully engage it feels like.

The 521 and 510s used a threaded slave push rod with an adjustment nut on the end to adjust free play. The clutch arms had a hole in the end for the rod to stick out through and the adjuster nut was rounded on the arm side to mate and reduce rear. If that's an adjustable arm you need the adjuster nut or has the rod just worn a hole in the 5 spd clutch arm??? The 5 spds and doglegs didn't have this.

theres a threaded ball nut on there. you move the ball nut till its slightly pushing the clutch fork then you you use the jam nut to lock it down. EZ

And it needs a return spring.....From the fork to the slave cylinder....:D
