510 FUEL SYSTEM

Anyone know of a universal fuel sending unit that would/replace the stock one from a 72. Or anywhere i can get a replacement. Thanks

I doubt anyone makes a universal one. ebay is probably the best option for a new one, and I wouldn't expect them to be cheap.

nissan might still have them as I got a 521 sender a few years ago.

NAPA sells a fuel sending unit that is adjustable. More for old Ford/Chevy, think it has a 5 bolt round top, may not fit that well, but could with some work. Can't remember, think it's in the 715- balkamp numbers.

A freind of ours found a universal one, and it need a few simple modifications on it. i will keep u updated on it wether it works or not.

i got a fawcett style pump for my 13b. it empties the stock tank so fast that it actually dents and deflates. keep in mind how much flow your engine needs and how big your lines are.

Mine did this when my e vap tank in the trunk was not hooked up
