took the head in today for a valve job.

bondo'd, sanded and primed one door and both fenders.

cleaned and painted the timing chain cover and oil pump for the rebuilt engine.

 

If the machine shop is ontop of things they should have it done this week :)

its alright just better be there next time. I have good news the truck runs pretty good now i am still thinking it has a decent size cam in it, it lopes nice. Also got insurance today to i will bee legal to drive yay :fu:

Sigh, machine shop didn't get my head done this week. He has ordered metal valve inserts to replace the brass ones in there now and won't be here until late next week. Being that is Turkey day weekend, I probably won't get to it until the 1st! Guess I'll have to drive the smoking beast a bit longer. Put the doors and windows back in. I so wish I had a heated garage to paint in. I really wanted to get paint on it this year.

well i drove the truck to boise today nice little drive its running good even better with some good gas now tomorrow hopefully will be blocks and shit and i got something for it that will help a lot
