There are 2x4s already. That's what it's made out off and trust me no sag. I looked again and again at the pic and I think what you are thinking is sagging wood is the fluorescent light fixture underneath.

If friend Brett built it, then it's built like a brick shithouse. There are certain mechanic procedures that only he is strong enough to do, (i'm a wuss) I'll be like Brett come do this and then we always just laugh because of our saying cmon...PUT SOME SACK INTO IT!!!

Please read. I made another specific thread for this:

Hi!

I am working on changing the engine in my 1998 Nissan Frontier. It has the KA24DE and is automatic. The old engine blew up and I have a replacement from another frontier almost identical going in.

Everything has been prepped on the new engine on a stand. The exhaust, AC, rad, and 90% of the intake and injectors, etc have all been disconnected and marked.

Very close but ran into a couple snags that I am unsure about.

I have done a couple swaps but they have all been manual transmission. I see where the shifter linkages are, and I know what has to be done but if someone has done one any tips are appciated.

The truck has a two piece driveshaft, the rear driveshaft is removed.

I can't seem to from underneath or above figure out out to remove the starter, as the intake etc is entirely covering everything access wise.

Assuming Engine and auto transmission removed together? If yes then what is procedure for removing second driveshaft connected to transmission on this truck?

Everything is so sealed on auto, what else should I look out for?

Thanks in advance Radio

Today was a good day for the explorer!

Drained and flushed coolant.

Changed thermostat.

Did a oil change.

Had to use a pry bar and a hammer to get the fucking filter off!

Went to junkyard.

Did a seafoam flush. (In crankcase & vacuum)

All thats left now is a few interior items and the stereo system.
