off to a good start, that manifold will crack even with bracing and rewelding. the issue with those manifolds are they are thin walled so in time you will buy another...

for the about the price your paying for that one i can make you a top mount log manifold out of 304 SS....

check out the one i made on my 1200 if your interested...

keep up the good work!

Ok I'm interested so you can make one with ss flanges and 304 1/8th ss pipe, with stainless welds. ever make a log one before? any pics if you did? how long will it take you to get the parts and get'er done? is it MIG or TIG welded? is the T2 flange welded right on the top of the log or is it lifted up a little? and how much would it cost? also would have to be shipped with USPS.

Thanks Jeremy

no problem, it would take me about a week to gather the material and less then a week to make and ship to you... you want the flange dead center or forward some? external gate? havent made a log but trust me its a lot easier then making mine... it will be fully tig welded

let me know when you want to get started.... $280 shipped for the log to you insured and i will fix any issues you might have with it in the future

yes it will but you have to fabricate up a intake pipe with some good bends and make sure you get enough distance between the maf and turbo.

thats pretty much the same manifold i used on my ka24 turbo. It was suppose to be a bottom mount, i just flipped it and welded on a t3 flange.

Also, my filter is on the other side of the fender well.

bought spark plugs, belt, thermostat(91 sentra SE-R), and oil filter, also more gauges for the car....

tonight I changed the thermostat, took off the oil pan cleaned it and tapped out the little dent, turbo and manifold off, pulled the trans to check out the clutch.

One problem the harmonic balancer was coming apart. called jdmsource and told him. He seemed surprised, sent them pics of it they said they would get me one.

I was very surprised how clean it was. nice to work on. Every nut and bolt just comes off like its new.

Still lovin the hell out of this man!! That surge tank is teh bees knees. I jsut read this quote on speedhunters, and I thought you would like it.

"The type of people that modify their cars to have this "rat" look don't purposely do it. They get these cars looking ragged and beat up. But rather than fixing it up to be clean and hiding the wear, tear, and most importantly, it's history, they choose to keep all that exposed. Why hide history? History builds character. If you build from history, you'll find that you're always in a better place."

try and get more pics today. couple fuel lines to hook up today,

take the motor back out drill hole for wiring in the firewall, put an elbow on the heater core so we can get that hooked up, ordered an inline coolant filler from csr-performance.

trying to figure out what to do for a turbo now, my stock t25 doesn't want to clock...

Ignitor yes. I got rid of the egr and boost sensor works fine for me. Look for the plug with the 7-8 wires you need on Pg#1,i think the plugs are on the wires with the two cylinders things on it,I'll check mine in abit. Just go by the print out and you'll be fine. I just cleaned you the rest of the wires not used and tucked them up and away!
