a.d._510_n_ok
Hey, anyone used double sided foam tape to stick on emblems or anything exterior? Anyone got a brand they like? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Yeah I used it. Don't remember the brand just get it thin. Make sure the surfaces are clean of wax or anything that would keep it from sticking. Quote Link to comment
marioburke
3M. the tape itself is black and comes in all differents widths and thicknesses. usually have to get it from the paint store. It has red backing paper on it. Strongest stuff the body shops use Quote Link to comment
BRE510
Kool-Aid is talking about the 3M PT 1500 series tape (black tape w/red liner). 3M RT 8000 series tape(Gray tape w/beige liner) would be the best as that is currently what is used in the auto industry. Both will work and the PT tape is likely cheaper and easier to get. Hope this helps... Quote Link to comment
