Stock 720 ST Hub uses Nardi bolt pattern, don't know if it fits 510s but it fiits 620s and Z cars for sure.

Yes it is a Camaro lip.... but i'm personally on the fence about it, it's not really what i wanted (I want an exaggerated boso/hakosuka chin spoiler look) Next thing i'll do is source a boss 302 chin spoiler which is the design i really want.

Honestly just call a laywer, they're going to going to give you better advice than you could ever get on a forum. Only thing we can give you is lulz. -
BMW Projectors are the best bang for the buck, both can be had at the junkyard for 8-14$ On my 620 we didn't have to dent anything just mod the lights themselves and cut the buckets... you won't have any light scatter and you won't be blinding anyone.

The person who builds and refinishes my wheels worked for the company who made those penis wheels. :P He had a hand in making them... (Welding) They're made by Intro Oh, and OP's wheels may be Sharak, older wheel company from Japan didn't stamp their wheels in older models. Here is some of their other designs. -
