I'm looking for better handling, so larger wheels and low profile tires are a must, and they are only 1 inch larger than what was on it. I just wish I could afford light weight forged wheels.

Your spring rate is part of your problem, most people run 300 to 350, personaly I'm thinking 250 to 300 for mine, I have a bad back and want a soft ride. :thumbup:

Just tell me when! I still need to stop by some time and pick your brain about miata info when ever you can find some time. Looks like I will finally be going back to work soon.

I have a pair of Miata seats that have been modified to fit a 1200 2 door. They are in exellent shape except for the drivers back rest bolster, which is worn from getting in and out. A good shop could replace the panel for a reasonable cost. I put Gorilla Tape over it so it wouldn't get worse. The reason I replaced them is I don't like fixed head rests, they were very compfortable and supportive. I'm in the Denver area, so unless you are willing to pay a lot for shipping they wouldn't be worth it. If you are in Colorado, or SE. WY, I would be willing to meet half way. I would like to get $100.00 for the pair. I also know where you can get 100% all leather covers for them at a reasonable cost. The seats that I used to replace them were in need of new covers, so I got the leather. These are not like what comes in new cars where just what touches your butt and back is leather, and the rest is vinyl, these are all leather, If you keep them moisturized with Lexol or something similar, they will last a very long time. I can't figure out how to post pics with the new system, so If you want pics, send your email and I will send pics. These seats will bolt right in using the stock locations. If no one wants them, in 2 weeks I will post them on ebay.
