  1. The front also requires a custom tension rod. You will have to have one made or modified. The S13 components are better because there are hundreds of coil overs available. The S13 design I much better tho.
  2. Buy Enkei not fake horseshit XXRs. Or Rays Engineering, like me. Sorry, I have never had to and never will resort to fakes, dont understand why all of you guys cant get with the program of not sending money to china/taiwan/south asia. 20 years ago you didnt have a choice, and real wheels were cheaper for that reason, now real wheels are priced astronomically, because of all the people buying fake.
  3. Well I am not some 19 year old moron who "can build engines" talking about turbo lag and shit and then telling you "you gotta turbo it bro, dat boost doe!!" I need that Giorgio Tsoukalos picture that says "turbo timer"
  4. Well frankly sometimes there is an advantage of having less torque, and more throttle. 270hp NA might have 205-210 ft lb. 270 forced might be 265-280+ ft lb. There are advantages in having a high revving little engine as well. Formula one has switched back and fourth between turbo and naturally aspirated for years.
  5. Meaning that like people who have already made up their mind that "NA is better" you have already made up your mind that "Turbo is better"
  6. Oh, never mind, your THAT guy. Already a lost cause, not gonna bother naming any.
  7. While this is mostly true, it doesnt mean that NA doesnt have advantages over turbo as well. Different applications for both. But someone using "turbo lag" as reason for why their NA engine is better, probably doesnt know how to build engines in the first place.
  8. Holy shit another one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Theres been a few on ebay for 10-14k, Dont you mean street regal?
  10. No, dont kid. Toyota engineers things like its a joke, not an actual engineering exercise. They have been for about 70 years now.
  11. There is some dipshit selling one of these in CA for.....wait for it........... $22,000. And to add insult to injury, he actually wrote "street regal" in the ad.
  12. Spotted: rare 1988 Skyline GTS Autec. 1 of only 200 ever made. Also posted in sightings
  13. This is in Phoenix, Saturday night. Its an Autec version. 1 of only 200 ever made.
  14. JZ? Gay Z. Take that shit to a Toyota Forum.
  15. Thats a no. Essentially if Rockauto doesnt have it, your not going to find it from anyone that uses main suppliers. Can you rebuild an AC clutch? What causes one not to grab? The ac is cold as hell, and getting a new compressor wont help, they come with no clutch, all of them.
  16. That sir, is exactly correct. I have seen old diesel stationary engines start like this too, its a bit odd. I used to work around a lot of old stationary stuff (and I mean old, older than any person any of you have ever met). At the Rough and Tumble Historical and engineers association.
  17. same thing, clean them. When I got my car, none of the window switches worked. cleaned them all and they work perfect. I might need to clean one of the rear passenger one again.
  18. I need to get me some of those bars. im very interested to see what tires you go with, I am thinking of running 205 all the way around.
  19. Sweet, yeah clean all the switches and they will stay working for a good long time.
  20. Check the wiring to the connector, they might have switched some pins around. I would be interested in the result, I know it will work ok if you use the whole harness on the L24, but that was a turbo model. He also used the AFM. Mega........... Squirt...... do it once, then its worth money if you ever sell the car and return your motor to stock, cause now its already set up for an L series. Bolt on, and go.
