if you haven't found any yet atom boys on ebay are selling new ones. i bought some a month ago for my 210 sedan and they were beautiful. coming from thailand they arrived in 2 weeks unscathed. plug is backward but you can fix that. if these are the ones you're after it's a decent deal. http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1438.l2649

if it's just the lens you're after i have a set. pulled them for my '81 210 but ended up getting a headlight frame with the corner lens and lamp body later. the lenses i have don't have the lamp body though. fyi, i ordered rear taillights from atom boys on ebay. took two weeks but they came unmolested. only thing was the plug was backwards so they had to be switched. they have good deals on parts though. if you're interested in the lenses let me know.

oops my bad. i was a little mesmerized by the 1200. i wanted to tuck it under my arm and take it home :wub: did you notice the datsun in the gated area that had sold in the 1903 location? couldn't tell what it was. looked like it might've been a 70s car maybe late 60s.

found out today that a late 70s early 80s 720 automatic shift handle will work as well as an '87-'90 sentra. and the search is on!

my fabricator's got a big job he's having vacuum metallized so he's going to try and get my emblems in there. that would be AH-mazing!

Ok, I have better info now. This is a Crown 43-1200 remanufactured wiper motor for a 1978-1981 Datsun 510. Still listed on ebay if anyone needs it. http://www.ebay.com/...639b1f6&vxp=mtr

I've got a friend working on painting them. He's a fabricator and I figured he'd do a better job at matching the look than I could. He rattled off some paint that would give the chrome look but I don't remember the name. Not sure when they'll be done. He's decided to cast a mold from my plastic prints to make more emblems for me and a friend of his that has an '82 210. I'm anxious to see them. Hopefully in the next week or two.

just the handle. if the one from the 710 is in good shape and will work can you post a pic?

will that work with a 210? i'm not sure of the compatibility. i'm still learning what will work with my car.

do a search on this site: http://www.car-part.com OR give woodfins a call at 888 883 4466 option 3 for parts. they're more costly than finding things at a yard yourself but when you don't have access to a car near you, and you're desperate like i have been at times, it's not a bad option. i've ordered a couple of things from woodfins. oddly enough if you check that car part site i put a link to some of the places i've received parts from have come up when i've done a search for other parts so it may save you money by cutting out the middle man (woodfins). but give those two a shot. who knows something that comes up in the car part search might be at a salvage yard in your area. good luck!

Anyone have an automatic transmission shift knob or know if there are new after market that will fit? Haven't been too successful finding one of those yet that isn't cracked like mine in the junkyards. You can see where it's split up the middle.

Thanks! I couldn't have been happier. The place I took it to did an amazing job. I had everything done. Headliner, visors, front and back seats, new carpet, back dash and I didn't have to rob a bank to pay for it. I've had the car nearly 23 years now. Figured it was about time. Showing Stanley (my 210) some love. :wub:

Only been a ratsun member about a month. Came on here looking for parts originally. Just saw this thread. Here's my 1981 210. Because of the difficulty in finding parts I was beginning to think I was the only one left with a 210. Glad to see there are others out there. New paint and upholstery about 3 months ago. Also created new 1/4 panel emblems which need to be painted and put on. Original emblems are hard to come by. As soon as I can get the blue dash assembly I got from vex120 painted brown it's replacing what's in there now. Recently replaced those plastic window cranks with metal ones from a 510 I got from Ranman72. Thanks to ggzilla for the 1/4 window latches I now have in brown. Was able to toss the blue one I pulled for a replacement until I could find others.

They only keep those cars about 3 weeks before they crush them if DREWSDIME was there yesterday and saw it you may want to go check it pronto. It's been 3 weeks since I took those photos. You might want to check their Monrovia yard. I saw they added a '78 210 the other day. Of course they don't distinguish between 210 and B210. Calling won't help. They suck too. You have to go see. Yeah, I chatted with him briefly at the swap meet last week. He can't chrome plastic. He was talking about a way of doing it but if I remember correctly he doesn't have the capability because he doesn't have a demand for it. His emblems are nice. EDIT: Or did you mean he could make me some like the ones he makes out of acrylic? I was thinking you were saying he could probably chrome mine which he can't. I wanted mine to match what was on there before and they needed to be 3D not flat.
