Congrats...I saw the car on ebay and I wondered who was the lucky son of a gun who got it. If I were u I would lower it on some minilite wheels, throw in some mikunis with headers n exhaust and just keep it nice and clean...and oh yeah i'd leave it RHD!! It's just unique especially in the US. I'm jealous of u badly!!

nice find...mines been sitting back in my home country for over a decade...its body is kinda in bad shape...if urs could come back from the dead I know for sure mine could too. I wish I could bring mine to the states...anyway keep us posted on the build. its gonna be awesome for sure.

I feel ya bro...I actually have 2 of these cars back in my home country(Trinidad). I sold my 1980 round light model earlier this year when I went home and bought an 81. then I bought my 1980 back...I just can part with it...its my first car I ever owned. id love to get one here too and hook it up like yours

just found this thread. ur build is pretty awesome. u should source some jdm bumpers for it btw instead of that ugly black one.

had the same problem with mine. had 205 tires on it and the back was tucked in and rubbing real bad. the front was jutted out of the fenders. was told I needed spacers.

well i had to make the difficult decision and decided to sell my beloved b310. it hurt like hell cuz its my first car and all. but its still in the family since i sold it to my uncle. happily however i scored this 81 pictured above. its pretty straight and nice and needs tlc. has the same a15 vanette engine and tranny like my old car.

Up to the time I left home(Trinidad and Tobago) back in 03 the brakes worked fine. I had replaced the rear shoes and the wheel cylinder rubbers were leaking so I replaced them. I was attending a local mechanic school at the time so I replaced them there. The front brakes still had life in them and the master cylinder and boost were in good nick. I guess I'll have to check the lines. I'll put some fluid in and pump and see if anything happens. Also I have an issue with the carb. The car runs for a bit and then the gas runs out in the carb and it dies. We poured gas in the jets and seen the bowl fill up...then it'll run until the gas runs out and it'll die again. There is gas coming up from the tank and in the lines to the carb but its like it not going into the carb. What do u guys think is wrong there?

I have a question about my b310. Its been parked eversince I moved to the US..which is about 8 years. Im about to go back home on vacation and would like to get the car running at least. The last time i went back i found that thhe brake fluid dried up and the pedal goes to the floor. My question if I try to bled the brakes with new fluid and all will the brakes work or do i have to replace anything for it to work? its not going to be on the road. i just want to be able to move it around in the yard.
