Id say build away.. I just rebuilt my L20 for around 800.00 ... the block was the same as your description, but after a hot tank and some hone work ,new rings and bearings all is good ...

drove it to bellevue, smoked a HunDuh who thought he could take me ...punk ass , rapped it up to 95 mph nice day in the sun shine

Mine was brand new in the box... $70.00 oregon craigslist...used webers are easy to find, simple to rebuild.. knock off webers on ebay run 150.00 to 199.00

oh wait I just remembered I have a stock carburetor that I pulled off my 610 and it was working perfectly when I pulled it so give me your address and I'll ship one down to you for free

then someone on this board should pay it forward and mail him down a carburetor that they have sitting in the garage not being used

I found a webber 32/36 for 70.00 ... there out there on the web you just have to look... the worst thing I ever did was put money into a stock Hitachi carburetor they are the worst pieces of crap ever invented...

So who is going to save that 510 from the crushers?

some Peeps over on the craigslist thread said he is getting flagged because the car was re painted a different color and that it is a flip sale... So he only bought the car to flip it for more money... original purchase price was around 2k , he is selling for 4k ..FYI

LOL , well when they go bad you send them back to MSD and they fix them for like 65.00 , so you could have had it repaired for cheap, considering there $250.00 New

why all the Dis on MSD ? i Have Ran a MSD 6AL on my 620 truck now since 1997... with no issues , it makes a 100% difference in the way the engine performs , revs, and goes ... I love my MSD system.. PinyoDat210 why not just Call MSD and talk to them , its a free call .. My system runs on a single point distrib

thanks Micro , i was racking my brain on how this was going to be fixed..? seems Like a simple thing now.. I was going to JB weld small All thread to the trim and then take the door apart and screw it on from the inside with a Bolt >> HA HA HA HA HA ,

Well I got to work on the car today , I have had these car seat covers in storage since 1994 , i bought them from a guy on ebay from a place called East Coat Imports located In PA ... I was amazed at how nice they fit on the back seats, and they are really top quality ...

So whats good on the 2 trucks right now in tacoma ? im looking for a 4 speed transmission, and maybe a L20 block
