  1. Where can you buy new pieces?
  2. Looks pretty good, not overly thrilled with the dash cap, but when crack-free '69 pads are made from unicorn bones... You have to do what you gotta do.
  3. By that tiny picture, they look pretty damn new...
  4. If youve got any Cantonese contacts, they may be able to search Hong Kong (for those that dont already speak English).
  5. Registration is closed, but you can still attend. It just means you cant enter early and will have to wait in line to park once the show opens up.
  6. Better lit close-ups once installed. Then you can scope the finish. Once again... big ups to my boy JRock.
  7. Its the easiest, cheapest technique out there that drastically improves photos.
  8. He should be ok... youll be riding with strange men and not riding on strange men.
  9. Eating some chow while I wait for the dash cap to dry. Then its back to work and I should actually have the dash in the car to start install. More progress after Zelda and I finish this episode of Psych.
  10. Thats what happens when you let Pumpkin bring the juice.
  11. Night photography can be hard... You have to almost always shoot on a tripod otherwise you get blurry shots because of the lack of light. Even with a tripod its nice to shoot with a remote or at least the delay button. Also, try to remember the rule of thirds. If youre unfamiliar, give it a quick google.
  12. Theres a few inches of jeans in that picture ;)
  13. Thats because I havet been there yet... I have the same shorts :hyper:
  14. Its not your fault. I never even saw it. Unfortunately I wont be able to repair it that easily. The center (where the radio actually secures) is gone. Whats left is just the sides of the bracket and thats whats twisted away. Ill try to figure something out. Yeah, very lame :crying:
  15. Dash reassembly is going pretty well. Had a bit of a heart breaker though... As I'm installing everything I notice some sort of twisted piece of metal. I compare it to the old frame and it turns out a PO ripped out the radio bracket and twisted the side of the brackets away to install an after market radio. Fuck. I don't know how I missed it in the beginning. I'll have to figure something out so that I can run an OEM radio. Still pushing forward.
  16. The company I purchased mine from had a '68 version and a '70+ version. The only difference between a '68 and a '69 here in the States is there is an indent above the radion on a '68 pad. You need the top dash assembly to run a cap as it only covers the cracked pad and has no frame to support it.
  17. Ill just skip school Friday which means I get off at 430pm on Wednesday ;)
  18. I would mos def replace that panel... For all the work you're doing, it would be silly not to. Josh picked one up for $425 delivered from OZ I believe.
