How much is a good set of sus for an l series worth. mani linkage air cleaner. an any one interested?i will snap a couple pics in a couple hours an post.

If those are the 38mm SU's that came on the SSS L-motors, they're okay. It's the larger ones that came on Z's that are worthless POS's.

 

If everything is there (carbs, heat shield, linkage, manifold) and in decent shape, the going rate is about $50-$150. Definitely figure the low end if they need rebuilding (especially if the throttle shaft bushings are gone).

 

For comparison, a newly rebuilt set from Ztherapy will cost you $600+.:eek:

Wow! Someone got a screamin' deal, but that highlights why anything not in primo condition is gonna be worth less than $200.

yup! i was too lazy to learn about em, so i sold everything SU related.

most of the spare parts went to steve @ Z therapy.

could confirm... but JS rebuilt them for thawley's red wagon that i bought.
