RLJ Posted August 22 Report Share Posted August 22 If you ever thought you don’t need to run a fuel filter in these old Datsun’s take a look at this. This filter came out of a 1972 510 Wagon. Was a relatively new filter installed within 100 miles. Keep running a filter in these old cars. This tank was removed and flushed in preparation for new engine. 1 Quote Link to comment

edekalil Posted August 25 Report Share Posted August 25 One time some ahole put a chicken leg bone remains down my tank. I had to carry several filters in me cay to be ready to change one when it shut down wherever. Got a locking gas cap after that. 1 Quote Link to comment
