jluna94
Hi, I have a question on regarding the driveshaft. Is there a difference between the pl411 and the Rl411 driveshaft, or was the driveshaft used on both models? Thanks in advance. 1 Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
I believe the slip yokes are different. Try looking on carpartsmanual.com https://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/bluebird-1965-1967/power-train/propeller-shaft/to-sep-65 https://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/bluebird-1964-1965/power-train/propeller-shaft Quote Link to comment
bananahamuck
Slip yokes are exactly the same but the PL shaft is longer .. The RL has a larger H190 rear end which is longer so shaft is like 3/4” shorter . Slip yokes will fit almost all later model Datsun transmissions . I’m sure Flange that bolts to rear differential is same also. Quote Link to comment
