Front handbrake main cable

Guys . Any ideas where I might be able to acquire one or does someone have one I can buy from them. It would appear there is a front left/right and centre main cable but it’s the centre main I need. A few companies appear to sell them but they aren’t clear and aren’t responding to my emails. Is it the same as the cable used on the 240z ? Or specific to the 510 ?.

There are different ones for the automatic. I assume you have right hand drive? and the hand brake is located centrally ahead of the shifter? Even so it may be slightly to the right of center than a LHD car.  The long central cable for a LHD 510 is 36402-21401.

Thanks again Mike. Yes mine is RHD , manual and it’s mounted slightly off to the right of the gear lever. Does anyone know where I can find this part ?

I should have a USA spec LHD front cable USED (second hand).  If you look at your e/brake handle assembly at the firewall, you will see that the front cable is "peened" in place on the handle base assembly.  I'm not sure how you could UN-peen it without cutting into the handle base where it is peened.......??  I bet the front cable is the same, just moved over to the right side.......??  I should also have the other USA spec cable parts.  Let me know if I can help!
