LeDevil
I convinced my Father in law to help me cut my flared quarter panels out and weld stock wheel arches back in. So before I go hacking my car apart does anyone have any good tips or how-tos on doing this and bracing the body? Thanks LeDevil Edited December 30, 2008 by datzenmike Quote Link to comment
slodat
Do you have the needed stock steel? If so, take a hard look at how your remove it from the donor car. If you are asking, this is probably not a good DIY project. Sincerely. Quote Link to comment
LeDevil
I looked over whisper3H post and his little patches looked fairly simple enough but I'll be cutting out a little more then he did. As for it probably not gonna be a DIY thing wont learn anything if you never try. Quote Link to comment
slodat
As for it probably not gonna be a DIY thing wont learn anything if you never try. No doubt. Just hate to see a guy bite off more than he can chew on something like this. Can easily result in a 510 headed to the crusher. Like I said, you can learn a lot about what you are getting in to from your donor car. Do you have a donor car? Quote Link to comment

inline4
can i get the rear corners from you? I need the bodylines where the tail light panel meets the passenger 1/4 panel. thanks! Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
I was expecting a punch line... Anyways, rear 1/4 panels usually include part of the door frame, C-pillar and all the way back (part of the back of the car). Are you instead going to try just to replace the area around the wheel well opening? Quote Link to comment
