Use the stock L16 exhaust manifold. Good as a header for efficiency to at least 6,000. Header will lower your back pressure and you will loose more than you gain unless you drive at over 5,000 all the time. Headers highly over rated, noisy, rusty, leak, come loose, pain in ass to install. Nobody will see it or know you have one when you drive by so spend money on some good shocks to improve the ride and have fun with it.

PS if you do get one, hang on to the stock exhaust manifold so you can put it back on in a few months. Don't throw away.
