Anyone know off hand the dimension of the top of the bed, where a canopy would rest on? 1980 short bed, standard cab. Bandit240 Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 I can't say the measurements right off hand, but i do know that a camper shell for a shortbed S10/Ranger/Hardbody/Frontier will pretty much fit. Ive got a campershell that ive used on my 620, a 720, Frontier and a hardbody and it fit fine on all of them. Quote Link to comment

The seem is f'd at the front of the bed, so a generic piece of sheet metal will be welded in its place. I want to get a canopy, i have some cool ideas for the inside of it once i get a canopy. Ill update later what i have in mind, and as i progress. First thing is first tho, needs some small wiring issues done, wind sheild, battery, rotors turned. shit like that. Quote Link to comment
