zed1
Anyone have experience with Spazstix Ultimate Mirror Chrome (https://www.hobbyrecreationproducts.com/collections/spazstix-ultimate-mirror-chrome)? I have an interior trim part that needs a chrome appearance and I am concerned that this paint will not be durable enough to withstand the fingerprint touching. Thanks for your input. yenpit
My suggestion is if part is metal, have it powdercoated in a "chrome-look" powdercoat. Very durable! If plastic, you don't have much of a choice...........you CAN have plastic "chrome plated", but it is expensive, so painting is really only other option. Any painted part will suffer from lots of handling, but proper prep is always key! I have not tried any of these "chrome" aerosol paints yet............. Quote Link to comment
