I have had good luck getting 240sx alternators at the pick and pull and having them rebuilt with a V belt pulley on them. Nissan used pretty much the same mounting scheme forever. The 240sx alternator is around 90amps. If you need more power you can use the minivan's. I think it more than 120amp. I end up using a longer bolt on the top and putting an extra nut to lock the bolt in. For my L16 I had the holes drilled and tapped for M10 bolts. The L18's and 20's should already have the beefer bolts. -Dime Quote Link to comment
