This maybe common knowledge but a man who gives up sodas and energy drinks can usually drop five to ten pounds in a month just from that.

 

Cut out fried foods and chips for another bit of almost effortless weight loss.

 

Learn to love water. If you can drink a gallon a day your bowels will empty and that can be a loss of a five+ pounds in a week.

 

If you don't mind a bit of pain for some gain invest in some niacin tablets - not the useless crap marked "flush-free" but real niacin that stings a bit and turns your skin red the first few times you take it. It opens up your arteries allowing better blood flow and breaks down the fat in your body. After a few days on the stuff your poops become "greasy" from all the fat leaving your body.
