Changing front wheel bearings

Crash is correct about the slip fit vs. honing.  I've got tons of vid up on youtube about rebuilding the kingpins.

The cotter bolts(anti-rotation pins) for the kingpins come with the kingpin kit.  The ones for the lower fulcrum pin have been NLA for many years. Charlie is right.....I made some awhile back.....more youtube vid on that.....but I never posted them to my sight.  I do still have some available.  $20/pair shipped.

This is part 5, but you can see what the cotter bolts look like.....as close to factory as I could get them.

Here's a thread on ratsun about rebuilding the kingpins.

As for the UCA/dogbone bushings. You can still get the stock type rubber ones from rockauto.  I also make a urethane option......which I only have one or two left(one is red).
