bonvo
Many factory supercharged setups like the Buick Park Ave have a bypass valve. This way they run normally most of the time, and the valve closes when they want to run air through the supercharger. exactly i was gonna say that but you beat me to the punch yeah on cars like the kompresser there is a bypass valve that allows the car to run N/A untill the computer tells it otherwise mad max does not apply :D i tried finding more pics i wanted a shot of the whole car but i couldnt find one and as for the intake yeah thats what i mean about shady looks like they welded a fj plenum onto a duel weber mani i think it would have been better and cleaner to run a custom intake and to go supercharged you wouldnt have to go efi get the 4 bbl carb and intake off of jegs and throw a universal paxton kit for a 4 bbl holly run custom charge pipes and boom instant supercharged l- series and for a whole lot cheeper then making an efi set up Edited November 1, 2008 by bonvo Quote Link to comment
