Draker
Just use a razor blade and cut the rubber gasket out and remove. Are you hoping to save the gasket? 2 Quote Link to comment

Draker
Take your time. The glass will pop right out once you cut the front half of the rubber off. 2 Quote Link to comment
DanielC
Take a knife, slide it along the glass, under the rubber lip, and cut the front of the rubber weather strip off. You need to make several passes. 2 Quote Link to comment
HOGIE
Wear gloves and use a fresh blade. It takes a good amount of force to drag a razor through old rubber but a sharp blade will take less force and can be done with more control. I've used the analogy of trying to cut a cube of cheese. You need to cut all sides (clearly you wont be cutting all sides). Cut away the front, back and below the glass then it will fall out. Then it will fall right out. If you rush your going to break the glass pushing it out 1 Quote Link to comment
