mcordero8
I saw this cool thread on this site for the 720's and I decided to start one for us with the 620's. Here's what I did. I lowered my truck by installing 3" lowering blocks and also lowered the front by adjusting the torsion bars.20140624_183021_resized_1 by mcordero8@sbcglobal.net, on Flickr20140710_153546_resized by mcordero8@sbcglobal.net, on Flickr 7 Quote Link to comment

lowdatsun620
I saw this cool thread on this site for the 720's and I decided to start one for us with the 620's.I was just trying to find the 620 thread the other day when I realized we don't get our own, we have to share "WDYDTY Truck today?" with the 3's, 5's and 7's. Not fair, those guys are all odd (budum-ch). A mod might tell you this belongs there, since it's already reached legendary levels of replies, but I say we deserve our own! Pulled everything off the back frame (bed is already removed) and started cleaning it off so I can paint it.If you've got access to air, pick up a needle scaler at harbour freight. One of the best purchases I've made in my resto efforts, works wonders on getting paint and loose rust off the frame. Still have to wire wheel after, but you'll cut the time and dust by a long shot. And I haven't done shit yet because it's morning, but probably just stare at it while I take smoke breaks from doing much shittier chores in prep for guests this weekend. Ugh. Quote Link to comment
redskunk
Fixing the engine harness and cluster harness. Wires are getting cracked and old. Quote Link to comment
DaveyDaveDaveDave
Over the weekend I did steering linkage, wheel cylinders, shoes, had drums turned. Tomorrow, bleed the brakes. Today? Not a damn thing. Quote Link to comment

orangie
I made a stand so I can roll the bed upside down with out damaging the body as I did the first time (kink in the fender). I work odd days so I do most of this stuff myself. The stand allows me to flip the thing over by myself. 2 Quote Link to comment
