Yes, you should be able to press out the spherical bearing and press in a new one, unless it is the whole bushing (outer race) that is loose, in which case check if there is a missing clip, etc.  What you're experiencing is one reason this style bushing isn't great in this application...

The nut is tight. The other side has the loosening nut. This is bushing moving around. I just reinstalled the front suspension after replacing ball joints, took it for a drive and this came up. I'll take them back out and see if it's a clip or if it needs replaced. Thanks.
