I've recently got a fuel injected, worked 5.0 for it, and am looking forward to doing quite a bit of work on her.. My neighbour is a spray painter and is going to repaint her, I like a gun metal grey colour. I'm actually going to build a little glass rack and use her as my daily and a promotional car for work... Can't wait to start but need to finish other jobs around the house first to keep the boss happy. Quote Link to comment

V8DATO Posted June 16, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 16, 2014 Yeah the old holden 253... It's fresh but no real go... The 5.0 is the same size block, so shouldn't give me to much trouble.. The bottom colour, I'll ask my mate, he should know being a sprayer. And as for the front bar, I got one sent down from Phil's rotary's in Queensland, with postage it was like $100. A few little minor marks on it, but now I've fit it, I'll take it off and get it re chromed Quote Link to comment

Really like that style of dash with the pods in top and has big round gauges where a monster tachometer and speedo would fit nice Quote Link to comment
