Guest Rick-rat
mine was made with safety glass Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Rick, you can't cut safety glass. It has to be cut to shape first and then run through the tempering process. If they told you that, they are full of shit. The slightest scratch or nick in tempered glass and it shatters into tiny tile shapes that won't hurt anyone. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Safety glass that isn't tempered can be cut. For example laminated windahields Quote Link to comment
Guest Rick-rat
The glass is not tempered, it is just safety glass, didn't have time to wait for them to send it out to be tempered. I watched them cut the safety glass!!! Maybe in Cannuck land they can't cut safety glass, but in Murica they have the technology to cut it  Quote Link to comment
