Confused about dropping a ka in a 620

I'd be more worried about the differential than the axles but the later '98 and up Hardbody KA24DE 2wd used the same H-190 as is in the 620 no problem. The H-190 is good for about 280 ft lbs. of torque. A little searching would show this KA swap is very popular into the 620 and 720 and rear ends are not needed to be changed.
