Confused about dropping a ka in a 620

I've heard you've got to removed that rear end, sell it to me cheap and then go find yourself a rear end from an old '68 ford and shorten them.

I'd be more worried about the differential than the axles but the later '98 and up Hardbody KA24DE 2wd used the same H-190 as is in the 620 no problem. The H-190 is good for about 280 ft lbs. of torque. A little searching would show this KA swap is very popular into the 620 and 720 and rear ends are not needed to be changed.
