Every transmission to the internet contains a trace to the ID number of the individual CPU of the senders computer. Surprised? You shouldn't be. The NSA and Royal Signals Institute could but most probably won't give you a tutorial on this feature. It is theoretically possible [although well beyond the the capabilities, not a dis, of a volunteer run site] to recognize the input from this "individual"'s computer and ban ANY input no matter what pseudonym he or she uses.
